UG⋅LY is not able to cancel orders once they have been placed, nor can we guarantee that changes can be made after the fact. For more details on our ordering policies please see the "ORDERING POLICIES" page linked below.

Once your order has been fulfilled a tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place the order. Please don’t forget to check your spam and junk folders! Orders may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive.

If you do not receive an email from UG⋅LY within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address may have been spelled incorrectly.

If you see no movement it may have not been shipped yet, but no worries! As soon as it does we will be sure to send tracking. As a reminder, all orders may take up to 2-4 weeks.

In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, we went on and shipped what we had on hand at the warehouse. We receive shipments regularly and will fulfill the rest of your order soon. We’ll be sure to send you the other tracking number as soon as possible!
